Taxi Boat - Taxi boat connects Lustic Bay Marina with Almara, Ramla and Azzura beach. Operating hours may be found in the marina next to the jet ski pontoons.

Bus operating hours are from 7:45  to 11:45 every day

Centrale to Marina Village route starts at 7:45am and runs every hour until 11:45pm.

Marina Village to Centrale bus starts at 8:15 and it runs every hour until 00:00

Luštica Bay House Rules and Regulations shall be respectfully honoured by both homeowners and guests/tenants. They ensure that we maintain a safe, clean and peaceful community.

House Rules and Regulations

• Residents should refrain from creating noise that might disturb other residents, both in their apartments and common areas, particularly during rest times.
• Residents and visitors should respect rest times from 2pm to 5pm and from 10pm to 8am.
• No noisy work is allowed in apartments during the above-mentioned rest times.
• Work in the apartment is allowed from 10am until 5 pm. No work id allowed at the weekend unless approved by Luštica Development (LD) management.
• Building entrance doors must be properly closed after entering/exiting the building.
• Any structural or aesthetic changes to the outside appearance of homeowner’s properties, particularly terraces and facades, must be approved by LD in advance.
• Homeowners and residents are responsible for the regular maintenance of the outside green spaces that belong to their properties.
• Terraces / balconies are to be kept neat and tidy, no towels, clothes, clothing lines or other items are allowed on terraces and balconies that may impact the appearance of the Village.
• In case of bad weather or storm, LD does not take any responsibility for any damage caused to terrace furniture, awnings or any other item left unattended.
• The use of building common areas (hallways, staircases, elevators, etc.) is prohibited for storing personal belongings.
• Residential trash must be thrown away into the trash containers, located on the streets. It is not allowed to leave trash in the common areas (hallways, in front of the building entrance, on the street, etc.).
• Proper attire is obligatory in common areas at all times; no walking topless or in bathing suits.
• Dogs must be under control at all times and large dogs must be on leads. Muzzles are required where necessary. Dogs are permitted on the beach in designated areas only. Lustica Development has the right to ban and order removal from Lustica bay any animal that acts aggressively to other dogs or people.
• Owners must pick up behind their pets
• Smoking is not allowed, except in designated areas.
• Unless explicitly authorized by Lustica Development or the Building Condominium Association, homeowners or visitors are not allowed to hold any meetings, shows or performances in the building common areas.
• Personal belongings should not be left unattended. Lustica Development is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items.
• Using or carrying weapons of any kind is not allowed on the premises for any reason.
• Professional photography and recording of video on the premises is not allowed without the advance approval of Lustica Development. Personal photography is allowed in public areas.
• We strive to uphold a safe, fun, family-oriented environment. As such, we expect proper, respectful conduct on the premises at all times. No disrespectful conduct toward our owners, guests, employees, vendors or property, nor discrimination of any kind will be allowed.
• Proper swimming attire is mandatory at all times.
• Pool hours are from 8am to 8pm, quiet time being from 2pm to 4pm.
• For security reasons, all minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times and it is mandatory to use inner tubes, wings, or flotation devices while in the pool.
• Loungers/chairs must be covered with towels when in use to avoid any hygiene discomfort to others.
• Bringing any hazardous or breakable items to the pool area is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
• No cars are allowed on the streets but only in designated parking areas or closed garages.
• No horns, sirens or any other high-volume sounds are allowed on the streets and promenade.
• Any parking on the greenery or lawns is strictly prohibited and may be subject to a damage charge.
• Personal items (suitcases, tyres, baby chairs) are not allowed on the parking lots.

Centralized A/C - C and D building clusters

The upper left corner with the little icon pictured as “man” serves for turning the AC on and off. Pressing this icon/button turns on and off the A/C.
If the upper right corner of the display shows the icon of a person it means that the AC is turned on. If the icon shows “person outside of the house” it means that the AC will maintain current temperature and the icon “moon'' means that the AC is turned off.
Pressing + and - adjusts the desired temperature.

MASTER SWITCH‍

Master switch is always located next to the entrance door of the apartment. It is used to turn  on or off all the lights in the apartment. Also, most of the power outlets will be turned off. Refrigerator and air conditioning will remain on as they operate independently from the master switch.

WATER HEATER‍

Apartments in C and D clusters use collective water heater. All other apartments have their own water heaters which need to be turned ON. A water heater switch may be found next to the bathroom door.
